We consider organic production paramount in winemaking. Because of this we have few smaller vineyards in few diffrent locations, all located on the southern slopes of Brac, and few kilometers from each other. There is no use of any additives in production or chemicals in the maintenance of the vineyards. As the result of this kind of production we have very limited quantities of grapes and wine.
After seeing results of organic and traditional production we started to digg fruther into the history of production. This is how we started using biodynamic winemaking in our process.

Biodynamical wine is elegant, sips go down Your throat easily one after another. There is also advantage of much slower oxidation, so when You open a bottle it can stay that way for the week or more without losing taste or overall quality!
Most of the mass of grapes is formed by photosynthesis - processing of pure energy into matter!
The grapes are created by two forces. First is gravity and second is the Sun. During the winter gravitational force is too strong and as the consequence, nothing is growing. In the spring the forces are balanced so the vineyard is growing, and during the summer, the Sun becomes too powerfull so the vine is trying to protect the seed with the layers of grapes.
Our main goal with this process is to complete this transformation of production, so we have a terroire, the wine that will preserve soil, climate, sort and man.
